Essential Quality Care was founded out of love and compassion for those in need of our help. We were founded by Dr. Francis Djorgee and Vida Djorgee, who saw a need for creating an organization that can help their local community with caregiving and medication services.
We provide in-home caregiving and medication services for residents of all ages living in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. Our sincere commitment is to put our clients and their families first. Through each interaction with our staff, we want you to feel a part of the EQC family.
